A. The maximum thickness of material that can be cut using laser cutting depends on the type of material and the power of the laser. Generally, we can cut materials up to 1 inch thick.

A. Yes! We can engrave on most customer-supplied items that are compatible with a CO₂ laser. However, please note that Ronquillo’s Engraving Creations is not responsible for damages to items provided by the customer. We’ll inspect your item first to make sure it’s safe and suitable for engraving.

A. Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Larger, complex, or bulk projects may take longer. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
A. Absolutely! We engrave logos, artwork, and text with fine precision. Please send your design in SVG, JPEG format. If you need help creating or cleaning up your logo, we offer basic design setup for a small fee.
A. Yes, We ship across the United States. You are responsible for the return shipping label.
A. Because all pieces are custom-made, all sales are final. Please double-check all names, spellings, and details before approving your proof. Once approved, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
A. If the mistake was made by us, we’ll correct or replace your item at no charge. If the error was in the design or spelling approved by the customer, a re-engraving fee may apply.
A. Yes, we love working with businesses and event planners! Bulk and corporate discounts are available for branded items, employee gifts, and promotional pieces.
